We had a random Sunday. We had no plans. I got to sleep in-always good. The boys never got dressed. They were busy with Legos all day. I did get dressed so that I could take a drive to the teacher supply store. I have a new discipline policy which will go into effect tomorrow, and I needed to get a few things to get that going. Kevin and I went to Eric's Deli Cafe for dinner-the boys didn't want to stop playing with their Legos to go out to eat. We also did some grocery shopping. Whoo hoo. Exciting.
These are the items I bought at the teacher supply. I also bought 8 new whiteboards-to go with the 8 extra kids we all got this school year. I also needed a new lesson plan book. The one that I bought at Target, in the $1 bin, didn't have enough pages. Can you see those tickets on the right? That's part of my new discipline system. I have to punch all of those out. A teacher's work is never done.
Here's another picture of Quinn from yesterday's game.
These pretty tomatoes were at Safeway tonight. I didn't buy any, but they are very pretty.
Back to work tomorrow. I am not looking forward to it. It will be interesting to see the excuses some of the parents have for their kid's behavior-I wrote lots of comments on Friday Folders. It's going to be a long school year. Well, I am off to work on lesson plans and to punch ALL those tickets out-there are 216 in each package and I bought 3 packages.
