We spent yesterday at New Brighton Beach State Park. Our two nieces and my mother in law have birthdays in October. My sister in law and brother in law and their 3 girls spent the weekend camping. We joined them on Saturday for the birthday festivities. Lots of fun hanging around, playing with cousins, exploring the beach and finding a geo cache.
Our first stop (because we were way too early) was this cute produce stand in Capitola.
Cute display of pumpkins. I love the old truck! See those green pumpkins on the right? I came home with one of those. Cool huh? Different.
The Pacific Ocean. Those cliffs are the town of Capitola. Beyond that a ways, is Santa Cruz.
Wave fun with the cousins. The boys loved playing in the waves and running away from them. They dug holes and let the water fill them. There was a lot of screaming going on.
How peaceful is this? It was foggy, sunny, foggy, sunny most of the day, but just beautiful!
