Reno Day 3

Happy Easter! The Easter Bunny found our hotel! He left the boys bags of Easter goodies, and he even hid some chocolate peanut butter eggs, and Cadbury caramel eggs! What service! It was a lazy morning. We hung around here until about 10:30, before we headed out for the day.
The boys, happy with their Easter bags. Thank you Easter Bunny!
We drove up the mountain to Virginia City. Along the way, we passed wild horses!! Look at how beautiful this mommy is, and her cute little colt.
Virginia City. It was COLD. We wandered the old western town, and visited this crazy museum. We had lunch at a saloon/pizza place. We were harassed by a prospector-well, not really, but he kept talking to us. We left Virginia City and headed back to the hotel. We stayed there for awhile and then went to dinner at Cheeseburger Island Style-formally known as Cheeseburger in Paradise. It's weird. There are locations in Hawaii, and two locations in Nevada. We were hoping the warmth of Hawaii would warm us up. Nope. We were still cold.
After dinner, we headed to downtown Reno. We stopped at Circus Circus and Silver Legacy.

We also braved the cold to walk down to this sign. We called it a night, and headed back to the hotel. It's currently snowing. We are hoping it doesn't stick, or mess up the roads tomorrow, for we are headed home tomorrow.

It's been a great mini vacation. It makes me anxious for summer-we'll be heading to Calgary! If you want to see more pictures from today, GO HERE.
